What you'll learn
You'll spend most of your time in the kitchen — not just reading about food. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you'll build real skills step by step, from the basics of food safety to serving a plate you're proud of.
- Kitchen fundamentals — food safety, hygiene, and working safely with heat and equipment.
- Knife skills & food prep — chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients properly.
- Cooking methods — frying, baking, grilling, and boiling across local and international dishes.
- Baking & desserts — breads, pastries, and sweet treats from scratch.
- Presentation & teamwork — plating dishes well and keeping pace in a real commercial kitchen.
