Further Training
Hospitality Training Programme · Grand Pineapple Beach Resort
Designed to give Caribbean nationals without prior experience or formal training the skills needed to work in the hospitality industry, with both technical and soft-skills training across hotel operations:
- Food & Beverage (kitchen, restaurant, bars, stewarding, room service)
- Rooms (concierge, front office, bell desk, housekeeping)
- Revenue, Finance, Engineering, and Watersports

Your training has given you real, employable skills. Now let's put them to work. The GARD Center helps connect graduates with local employers through our internship and job placement programme, and we're here to support you as you apply.
- Prepare a simple, honest CV that highlights your GARD Center training.
- Practise for interviews, and arrive on time, neat, and ready to learn.
- Talk to us about placement, we may know of openings that suit your skills.
