What you'll learn
A short, practical course. You'll make soap from the first week, and by the last you'll have a product with a label, a price and a place to show it.
- Basic chemistry of soap making — understanding what's happening, so you can adjust it.
- Soap making techniques — the methods and the safety that goes with them.
- Working with local natural resources — producing soaps from what grows here.
- Packaging & label design — presenting a product built to sell.
- Business enterprise — turning a craft into a small operation.
- Costing & pricing — knowing your margin before you set a price.
- Intellectual property management — protecting your brand and recipes.
